Her achievements include being named the #1 Solo Real Estate Agent at Smith & Associates in St. Petersburg for both 2021 and 2022.
In 2023, Liz’s sales surpassed $47 million, contributing to a career total of over $234 million across 145+ transactions. Notably, she secured one of Tampa Bay's highest sales in 2022 at $11.75 million, marking the top residential sale at Smith & Associates Real Estate.
